I was very pleased with the salesman,Earl and the delivery men, Ken & Robert were fantastic. The original box spring would not work up the stairs. Ken suggested getting the split Queen box spring instead. Called Home Center and they had in stock one that was delivered the same day and my new bed was set up for me. Wonderful. However after they left and I laid on the bed and bounced around I noticed some threading in various areas pulled away from the quilting pillow top. I called the sales man and he said to cut the threads and see how that works and that I had a 10 year warranty. I have purchased mattresses before and never noticed that happening on the same day of delivery without even sleeping on the bed! This story is not over. Will get this fixed but I will take my pictures and video to Earl and see what he says. Maybe the cheaper version is nit worth the savings from Serta brand. I gave 3 stars for the service not the mattress. It is comfortable but i am concerned about the threading coming loose so fast.

The best experience in buying a mattress. I have been to several stores and have been looking for several months to get the best mattress within my budget. The salesperson Earl didn't try to sell me a mattress but rather explain the different technology in firmness vs. soft, pillow top Etc. The mattress type best for side sleepers vs. Back/stomach sleepers. I ❤️ being in charge of our decision. I took pictures of 3, Google the companies read infor and got a great mattress at a great price and all within my budget, no rush, no pressure JUST GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Oh and no playing games with the prices (R&F) So if you want your mattress to be the correct one for YOU within YOUR budget. Head on over and ask for Dr.Earl and learn about getting your best sleep on. Every Name brand Every price range Delivery was great, on time and easy great job
