The Appointment system is NOT simple. I want to schedule an appointment at the Brandywine office. But I have to go thru each day and a list of Other offices to find that there is no available appointments, then repeat the process for the next available day. Refine by distance... I asked for the Brandywine Office, does it give me even close to DE... NO, it keeps sending me to N Philly & NJ offices, because I'm at work and work up here. Why ask for my preferred location if UR not going to even consider it. I have spent 25 minutes trying to schedule an appointment. I think I'll go somewhere else.

Heather and Norbert both have assisted me and they both are wonderful and very knowledgeable. The selection at the store was varied and the staff exceptional.
