Complete Care at Hillside

During my stay here I have enjoyed all of the nursing staff, the food and I have met some great people. The aides treated me and kindness and respect. I enjoyed going to activities. The activity staff were very friendly. The house keepers were very good and always kept my room clean. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The therapy department was great. The staff were fun to work with and my strength really improved. Thank you Hillside!

My experience with this facility was a good one. My rehab went well. Both my physical therapist and occupational therapist was very good. The staff was excellent. I would recommend this to everyone.

Have a family member in Hillside now for short term rehab. They have done a good job so far with building his strength after an illness. The aids have been very friendly and when he arrived the one aid saw that the room he was in would not work for his handicap and had him moved into another room more suitable. If I ever have a question, Admissions, Nursing and Social Services is always available. Never treat you as if you are bothering them. In my opinion, no matter where you place a loved one you should make time to go in and visit to ensure they are being cared for properly. You should also get to know the staff well and they get to know you. When the staff/management is approachable that speaks volumes to me. I have found that with Hillside.

This place us a joke. The attitudes and the lack of help from the the aids that work here is terrible.The nursing staff are the only ones that care about the patients. The food is what ever they want to give you. You have no choice. If you have a family member here I would highly suggest you find any place besides here. Only gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. After talking to the management I have to say I change my review drastically. I was wrong to make a bad review on the actions of 1. Things have changed for the better. Hillside is a place i would suggest to anyone needing help ito recover from surgery
