The Pigah Fish Camp in Brevard, NC gets a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating from Cyndi and me. The food was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection as well as the staff couldn’t be nicer (especially our server Lexi)!

Waited at the table 10 minutes, finally asked someone if we had a server, she got us drinks and went to find out server. Waitress walked up to table and said are you ready to order, no hello my name is. We ordered fish tacos, grilled and blackened, I have had them look me that before. there was a up charge of 2.00$ for the seasoning??? So when I got the bill I asked the hostess why? She didn’t know, I did not mind the upcharge… The waitress should tell her guests that, it’s not on the menu. Also we ordered calamari I would have liked some appetizer plates. As we were sharing.. I brought this to the servers attention, she said something rude like excuse me I know how to do my job. We had t go to register to ask for our check.,,I won’t go back there, I am not a tourist..,

The trout and the flounder (got the smaller serving) were amazing!!! As were all the sides we ordered… Lexi was a delightful server… would happily take a long detour to find my way back here in the future.

The food was alright, you certainly get enough of it. Nothing to write home about. Onion rings were great. Didn't care for the plasticky mac n cheese. The Covid procedures (like waiting outside for a hostess but then being ushered in to a bench to wait) seemed silly, but I'm sure they were just trying their best. That was in June 2021, perhaps it has changed. Waiter was an absolute doll. Nice they're open normal hours unlike the restaurants downtown. That's why we ended up there.
