Had a reservation far in advance, when we showed up at 8:05 a.m. when they opened they only had two cars and luckily we were there early because the person in front of us got one car and we got the other and the people behind us had to be transported to Hendersonville to get a rental. The rental we got was never fully cleaned, very dirty exterior, never washed & sap caked on winshield. Smelled so bad like smoke inside, my allergies were horrible from the smell. Dashboard notifications kept dinging everytime we turned on the car. Notifications were "Change Engine Oil Soon & Service All Wheel Drive System". This should be unacceptable for Enterprise! Staff was nice but I do NOT recommend this place!

My car needed service so I called Enterprise to rent a vehicle for the duration. I rented a Ford F150. The attendant at the Pisgah Forest branch, Noah, was very helpful. Got my vehicle quickly and was on my way. Noah walked me to my vehicle with an umbrella because it was raining. I had to request an additional day because the repair to my car was delayed. It was no problem to add a day. Very good service. Reasonable price.

Wasn't happy with the deposit that I was unaware of till i got there to pick up car. Also for you to charge my card as you said and on top of what you said an additional $37 was also taken out by your company. Not sure why but not satisfied with that. Car is awesome...

I’ve worked with several guys from this location. To name a few, Matt (guy with the beard, I think that’s his name) Dan (guy with glasses) they are always polite and helpful and know what they are talking about . I’ve had my rental for almost 3 months now and they’ve been very understanding. It shows they take pride in their job and also know how life works. Meaning they understand when unexpected things happen. Thanks enterprise for taking care of me during this unexpected situation with a careless drunk driver
