Preferred is a great place to work! I’ve been employed with the company for over 8 years and don’t really have any complaints. Whether you enjoy traveling to different homes, or prefer to be set up with one steady patient assignment, they have many options for you and the hours are flexible, overtime is always available, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. This is a great place for new nurses to start out in the field as well!

I absolutely love my company , and my job . I’ve been working for preferred home health for almost 2 years , and I still love my job. I get to chose whatever case I want , they don’t force you to take cases you are not comfortable with . I love the 1:1 patient care . Pay is fair . I will probably retire from here (30+ yrs left ) . That’s how much I enjoy working for this company . The office staff are excellent . Always pleasant. There whenever I need them . Documentation is very self explanatory- no hours and hours of tedious charting . I couldn’t be happier as a registered nurse .
