Would love to be able to enjoy the amenities. The staff makes no effort in enforcing the residents only rule for the pool. You can watch people walk here from near locations, you can watch them drive in from Long Schoals Rd.

This place is run basically by slum lords. The customer service is terrible and you will be frustrated and disappointed. You will get charged unnecessary fees that are not your fault. It sounds like the owners are fairly new and they own tons of apartments, so they do not care about their customers and they hire people who will blindly follow their unethical business practices. They rack up your monthly payment with extra fees so they can advertise lower rent prices and it is very misleading. They use super cheap software to process rent payments that constantly fails and then charges you late fees no matter what happens. They have a 'process' for returning the late payments that does not make sense and will not work out in your favor. They also put no effort into trying to reach out to you about things that come up, so if their is a problem, it will probably escalate very quickly and put you in a bind. It is too bad because it is a beautiful apartment complex that is very well located. The maintenance staff is amazing. The pool has a very cool vibe to it and there is always cool people there to meet. This would normally be incorporated into the stars of my rating, but I can not stand unethical business practices and corporate greed. Everyone I have met here at the complex in the past year has had some major complaint about customer service.

While the grounds are well kept the rotating staff has been terrible! We rented here for a temporary living space between selling our home and relocating to Florida. We have 3 kids and two dogs (one is a lab)- they play, they bark and sometimes they get out the door unleashed! We must have received 15 calls in a year, we are a good family, one night my boys and their dad were wrestling and they called the police on us! Upon move out we knew we owed for blinds, left a forwarding address, not to mention they had my email but never received anything! Last week I mentioned to my husband it was weird we never got a final bill- well, yesterday I received a text message from a collections agency for $600! No bill, no receipt, NO PHONE CALL! What is this??? Horrible customer service who treat people who pay their bills like the ones that don’t. I will be reporting this higher and documenting wherever I can- just because you don’t trust or have time doesn’t mean you have the right to treat people like this when we pay $2k in rent!!!

Not as of yet

I am planning on moving to North Carolina in the Asheville area and am looking at rental properties. I do not understand the range of prices given for each unit and how the actual price is determined. Everything seems flexible and changeable

In my experience apartment shopping the price range is because the various complexes offer different units. 1,2, and 3 bedrooms as well as studio sometimes. Also a 1 bedroom in a complex may rent more than another 1 bedroom in the same complex as one may have been updated with newer appliances counter tops etc. Hope that helps. I visited each place before selecting where I wanted to live as the pictures online sometimes were nothing like what I found when I visited the various places. Currently I live at the reserve at Biltmore and I love it!
