As Pipsqueak said your best bet is to call and speak with one the the aeroflow representatives, they extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of their products, plus they mail the products to you in plain boxes with no identifying marks on the boxes. I'm not sure about medicare but I do know medicaid once approved pays for most all the products except for the wipes (which are like baby wipes)
