Absolutely terrible rude and intolerant pharamacy support staff. The one only reason I'm giving one star is because I have to and because the pharmacist herself was kind and helpful. Every single individual working in the pharmacy needs to be reminded that they're job is help the customer, not be snide and nasty.

My family has used this Rite Aid for years now and the pharmacy Department has been awesome to us. If there's an issue they take care of it from the business perspective, but they also treat us as human beings that they care about. They've always gone out of their way to make sure we get what we need. The store itself is located conveniently at the intersection of Phoenixville Pike and Boot Road with access off either one. They have an in-store Clinic where you can get shots and even School checkups for $29. While you wait you can check your blood pressure and enjoy complimentary chilled water.

This store is amazingly incompetent. I live two states away, yet they have been calling me to pick up prescriptions that are not mine. This has been going on for over two weeks now, and I hope the person who needs the prescriptions is still alive. I have called Rite Aid Corporate, who promised to have the store end the calls, but incompetence is apparently the corporate norm. IS THIS LOUD ENOUGH TO GET YOUR ATTENTION?????
