Incredible MTB trails, great community gathering place and very cool owners with lots of VT legacy!

Cochran's is my Happy Place. While it's certainly not the biggest mountain in the area, it's definitely the best value. Plus their commitment to ski education is unparalleled. If you want to learn to ski or have kids who are learning, this is the place to go. The energy of seeing all sorts of kids learning to ski makes me happy every time I'm there.

The perfect family Vermont ski area. Family skiing that everyone can afford. A little mountain for sure, but such a wonderful history with the family of Olympic champions

This is where everyone in the area learns to ski and snowboard. It's not the biggest or fanciest. But it's budget friendly, has great learn to ski programs, friendly staff and terrific for just doing some casual skiing.

Yes, we allow skinning if you stay on the far right of the trails, we don't charge extra for skinning
Not at night, I believe
