Unless someone had a personal vendetta against someone in this facility, there is no reason to call this place unprofessional. It is clean and professional and if you come late hours, you can avoid the lines!

The doctor's I've seen were nice but someone doesn't provide proper details of your visit. I was at this urgent care 3 time. I had multiple infections going on my blood pressure dropped so low as well as my oxygen was 90%. They sent me home. This was about 2 weeks after I had covid and diagnoses with long term covid. I was just treated for a sinus infection and They sent me home with no information and only about the sinus issue. My other issues were my lungs and weakness and lack of oxygen. I had pneumonia. I had to treat myself. SMH. I could have died

I had visited this urgent care in two occasions. First visit it was for a booster shot for my youngest. Staff greeted and very polite to assist. The wait time was about 20minutes. Then second visit I was extremely happy on how I was treated as I went in with an extreme back pain. The wait was just about 10 minutes the doctors I have seen are super nice and caring very knowledgable as well. I was even given information on a therapy clinic to follow up. Amazing staff.
