Pee stop was going to get a pretzel but they were closed was surprising was only 8:00 at night

Bathrooms are the cleanest of anything in this rest stop. I couldn’t believe I saw some small roaches by Nathan’s hot dogs and one by Burger King counter. Definitely would never eat here. This place needs a total rehab in and out.

Definitely not a stupid question. Unfortunately no, the rest stops in this area do not have showers including Montvale Travel Plaza. There is a truck stop (Pilot) with showers on I-84 exit 5 or I-80 exit 4.
