Indian Boundary is in excellent shape, from tee boxes to greens. The groundskeeper is to be commended. This course Is in better shape than the overpriced course in Grayslake I had played the day previous. The grounds are attractive as well with a nice patio where you can watch the 1st tee box. Friendly professional staff too, this course is a well oiled machine.

Yes, they rent hand carts, electric golf scooters, and electric golf carts.
It's around 35 to $40 depending on the time of day and if you get a cart or not you should call the golf course and get yourself a tee time because they do fill up fast
Call the course and ask. Depends on how much the river has risen, even if the water has come up they still let you play those holes, just with areas closed off.
