This was THE WORST place that I've been to in a long time! The ONLY reason that we stayed was because there were no other options. There were no fountain drinks, only 20 one bottles and no water or tea. Only half of the salad bar was out, and we had to ask for fresh lettuce because the lettuce was very brown. They don't have salad dressing out, and you have to request it.

The lady at the pickup window was very polite and nice. Our pizza was exactly how is was ordered. However, at no fault of their own, we miss the way the original deep pan crust used to be made! Bring it back! LOL

Hour fifteen for dine in while being the only family in the restaurant. Phone rings off while, other customers walk in, yell, and leave. This is surprisingly bad. Food sat on rack for ten minutes before serving and we were served in boxes. Not what I expected from such a promising chain.

Very poor customer service and it will take ages to get seated, and then to order your drinks and to order the food. Drinks came without cap and straws. Our Pizzas were ok, but no napkins though it’s called as table service.
