Everyone who marries in Tennessee must have a Tennessee state marriage license regardless of the state they live in.

Amber House said it exactly as it is..I was married there Dec 24th 2015..But I will add as beautiful as it is I'd really think on having lots of people there cause we were only there maybe 15 min and that included my wife getting dressed......actually I would say actually 10 to 15 would be enough with little parking.
No you have to get the license at the court house, then take it to the chapel & after the wedding the pastor signs it
