Had an entire necklace rudely declared fake. Didn't stick to magnet and was stamped. They wouldn't check it in front of me. The only thing I could find was one circle between clasps that was magnetic.

Terrible customer service like others have stated Edit:it's April 2nd 2021 now I thought maybe this placed changed after a couple years.. Was I wrong, put a handgun on lawaway in late Feb I did another back ground check in the middle of March which had a delay. So I waited two weeks to come get it out and they told me they sold the handgun and kept my money I paid down on it. They never called me or anything to let me know it would be expiring,ok cool I figured I would just get another gun. Was I wrong, he claims I'll have to do another back ground check which would be another delay again on it to come back. Background checks last 30 days at the least why the hell would i have to do another? I'm done with this place from here on out, and I would advise others to stay away from here
