I was there on 8/28/20 at 11am and it was open. Had to wait outside for 15 minutes because they were only letting 2 people in at a time.
I rented a movie on demand and the voices could not be heard, only the accompanying background music and sounds were heard. I paid for it. Next day is missing from my on demand active rentals. Anyone familiar with this?

May I get a new box (present box is quite old) without returning the older one immediately? I would like to have my TV installers do the work since I have a somewhat complicated system . I would return the old box after the work is done.
