Was able to get unit same day. Super easy moving with onsite dollies, wide doors, and large elevators. Super clean facility. Both Chris and Ashley were great help and very friendly. Was able to get a unit by the elevator which adds to the convenience.

I love this place except that they won’t unlock my stuff being that it was in a court agreement that someone paid for a whole month and Metro said that in order for me to go into it I have to pay another $300 for back payment. Which is insane because it’s only because my ex took so long to actually go and pay it like it was supposed to be in the quart room.My stuff is stuck
