Very unhygienic from long time and have expected a little bit if improvement after COVID atleast but it seems to be more worse. The cooking station area fr every stall is worst. I feel like even roadside street food in India is more hygienic. With the business they are making, theyshiukd consider renovation and make the place more clean and hygienic. I can't believe this standard in the USA. It's the same with other Desi Galaxy stores too.
