Me and my wife here had a great experience, as I know often people have terrible encounters with USPS front desk employees - however when we came in recently, we had a very helpful Indian lady (apologies, we did not catch their name) who helped us sent a very particular package which we were worried that we wouldn't know how to send it correctly. She was very patient and helped us work out and assist us in sending it properly, and advised us on the best option, and we're very glad and satisfied with her help.

The service here is the worst. I had Tayna who was rude and not helpful at all. She yelled at me and told me she couldn't help me even though I know she could have. I never ever had a problem until she started working there. Everyone else is so nice and helpful. I really hope they hire better help.

Tanya is really kind and patient so I come to this post office instead of going to a closer one. Only downside is the parking lot. I just park elsewhere and walk.

Calling 3 different Post Offices closer to home, only Iselin answered on the 3 ring. I was very lucky LAMALIKA answered my call. Not only answered my call with a smile, she went above and beyond to help me in my passport questions. Even when I had to call a 2nd time to help me book the appointment walked me through it like I was a 2 year old. She definitely knows customer service. LAMALIKA IS AWESOME!!!! Thank you.
