I have really liked living here so far, but wanted to leave a review for Jay Santos! She has been so incredible to work with and has helped me transfer from a 1 bed to a 2 bed with ease. She had fast response times and had great communication the whole time. Thank you, Jay!

I lived in a one bedroom here that honestly looked like it was just held together by glue and paint. I don’t know why, but I thought maybe it was just the building and I renewed the lease but switched buildings. They first off told us the three bed we wanted could be moved into in the beginning of March, then after constantly calling and being told “I need to talk to my manager, I need to talk to my manager” and getting no answers, even ON the move in day, I finally get a leasing agent that takes over and she is absolutely amazing, she immediately handled everything in a span of a hour and gave me the answers I was calling about for two weeks. Unfortunately, that apartment wasn’t even actually available to live in for two more months, so why was it on the website, and why did they let us apply for it? The woman was able to transfer us to another three bed in the same area, and quickly. I am very thankful for her. But I am not thankful to whoever passed this new apartment as livable. Immediately upon walk in, I found RUST on all the handles, WATER DAMAGE in cabinets, screws were loose on a lot of stuff and COMING OFF THE WALL. That was just the beginning. This was my first night in this new apartment and I found out our AC DOESNT EVEN WORK. It never did while we were moving in, and it wasn’t fixed even tho we told maintenance while we were moving in. It’s about to be summer. Our WASHER IS BROKEN. so I have to wash clothes by hand until the maintenance decides to come by, AND when I went to take a shower, THE SHOWER HEAD WAS BROKEN. How did these people pass this place as livable when I can’t have any air, can’t shower, can’t wash clothes, have to constantly touch rust, and when we first walked in, the place wasn’t even effing CLEANED. I had to clean the entire place myself before even starting to move in.

Just had the worst encounter with one of the staff ladies at the office. Whom supposedly is the “manager”. My family lives at the apartments and are currently out of town, so I’m there babysitting the kids for a couple of days, we went on a walk with the kids and saw the pool was open, I thought it was a good idea to take the kids to the pool since we had nothing else to do and just wanted to have a little fun, we went back home to change for the pool. So me not living there I wouldn’t know if you need a key or a card or whatever it maybe, so we tried a key thinking it was the one that gave us access to the pool we saw it didn’t work so the correct thing to do was go to the office and see if the key we had was the correct one, so I asked one of the staff ladies to help us, she was the sweetest thing on earth, and quickly found a way to help us, you can tell she was trying to helps us since she saw the kids all excited and dressed for the pool. So while we were waiting the “manager” interrupts and says “ we won’t be able to let you in.” “ I don’t know who you are” She said it like being a smart mouth. She repeated 3 times so I asked her what was the matter and why couldn’t we go in the pool, She tried telling me why, in the rudest way possible, I clearly wasn’t talking to her and that is why the other staff lady was helping me and not her, the “managers” tone was so ugly and the way she was directing things to me, so I kindly said “ ok, I don’t like the way you are talking to me” she quickly cut me off and said “ I’m the manger”. I turned to the lady who originally was helping me, she quickly finished up the conversation and answered my question. So I left it like that and left with the kids. The kids were sad and asked me why the “ manager” talked to us that way. In short words, if she claims to be the manager I front everyone who was there, shouldn’t she have been nicer to say what she was going to say to me, specially In front of the kids. She said “ I’m the manager” exactly learn how to talk to people specially in front of kids and someone you don’t know, behind a person you don’t know could be a higher person than you, doesn’t matter what they look like, their age, color, race, etc. first impression is always a first and so is respect. As adults we try to give kids the best examples in life and educate them be become great people in life someday.

This is one of the worst apartments I've lived in. The management is friendly until you move in then they could care less about your experience. The cockroach issue here is horrible to the point that I've hired my own bug control to keep them at a minimal. There is no insulation for the one window and door. I've had to cover the window with plastic to keep the draft down. Maintenance has been putting in a new window since March of last year. The walls are thin as paper so you have no privacy. I would never move into another one of these properties. I hope your experience is better than mine.
