Like the apartments, they're up to date. I don't have a pest problem but the only downfall is the parking. I'm not going to pay $15 to park my car. I'm already paying over $1,000 in rent and water is not included so what am I paying for? Then $15 to have a parking spot after the $49 for the trash and pest Control which I've never even seen pest control. I did have a notice stating pest Control was going to come by. Nobody ever did. I have to walk almost a quarter of a mile to my car some nights in the dark, single female. Not safe because the parking lot is not lit up like it should be. Security cameras also need to monitor the area for security reasons because my car was broke into.

Well I went to this place and it says to call there sis property on independence. So I called there to see if they are doing tours at MPointe and I was told I could get some info for MP at the sister property typical. Well thats the same info on paper that I can get offline and if they not doing in-persons then they should do the other type of tours but (NOT)at MPointe. So personally i don't rent nothing I can't see (see how the appt. Is kept up) Thats how u end up moving and spending money on something that's messed up

So this place I went to visit and I loved it! I just knew it would be home. I loved Mia she was so nice, and sweet and humble with the biggest smile but her manager took a little too long to contact me back and matter of a fact still hasn't. I explained that I was on a time crunch and that didn't make a difference. Jamal was cool and very helpful when Mia couldn't be reached. Now there was someone filling in named Bri. She was very nice but very uncomfortable, I understood she was new BUT you have to be confident in your job. My tour was very quick and she seemed shy and nervous and scared the whole time however she did keep a smile but when working in a industry like property management you have to show confidence but that's with any job. If she is going to continue doing tours and answering questions she needs a little more confident and needs to be sure about the information she is providing.

So far, I’m iffy. Moved in 2 days ago. Love my apartment. But we seem to have a roach problem. On my 2nd night here, I had to get a hotel because the bugs were out of control. I am on my third night and I’m not staying there. Amber, in the office is amazing as is Jamaal. They are reimbursing me for the hotel last night, and they paid for my hotel for the next 3 nights while they make an appointment for pest control to come out. I really want to be able to give a 5 star review, hopefully if we can get the bugs under control I’ll be able to. Parking is kinda rough, but I knew that would be an issue from the jump, so no surprise there. I have had no issues with management or any residents here, although I haven’t spent much time actually in my apartment due to the roaches. It does show a lot about the character of the staff that they were so quick to put my daughter and I in a hotel while they address the issue. Couple minor issues inside the apartment, my peep hole is painted over, my shower rod doesnt stay up, water pressure in the bathtub/shower isn’t great, hot water doesn’t really get that hot, the weather stripping around my patio door needs replaced. All in all, I’m satisfied with the unit MINUS the un-invited critters. Will update review once bugs have been squashed (pun intended)
