We have not moved in yet but over the past few months we have worked significantly with Jeri Gaita, the design coordinator, who helped us customize our home. She was extremely professional, patient and transparent as we had to make over 150+ choices. We will see how everything goes with the builder in this next phase but if you have the opportunity to work with Jeri she'll make sure you are extremely comfortable with your future home and guide you throughout the process. Thank you Jeri for not rushing us and being so easy to work with as we were making important decisions.

Nice community with new homes for folks over 55 ! Great houses, great neighborhood.

Not a good experience with this builder. Premier markets this place as a 55+ gated community yet it is far from that. The sales office fails to mention that they sell to full families with multiple generations living here which this community was not designed for. We now have an issue with street crowding and cars parked all over with families with young children and dogs walking all over. Incidentally, after you close and move in, the builder is not only rude, but ignores you on your warrantied maintenance issues. Many homeowners have to hire handymen to finish the work that the builder won't. Buyer Beware. Please due diligence and talk to homeowners first before considering. True there are some very nice people living here, however after you sign and close, you're on your own unless you file a lawsuit. Many have posted the same but for some reason they are not showing.

Most Negative reviews are being removed on what it's like to deal with this builder. Many homeowners say they post here, but they are removed or hidden. Strange. Potential buyers please talk to current homeowners to know the truth. Buyer beware!
