Heat has been broken for over a month! I was told they were replacing the boiler but nothing has been replaced yet. We were given “space heaters” in the mean time but this is really unacceptable. Very uncomfortable showering with no heat . They go home to their warm house every night so what do they care.

Very poor management! Felicia the association manager is the absolute worst! She just sent out a very rude newsletter! Tenants are not allowed to go to her with any concerns because the are not the homeowners. The homeowners pay an outrageous fee each month and there is nothing to show for it! There are flowers planted all around the office, but yet EVERY single parking lot is broken up! I have twisted my ankle and or fallen at least a dozen times! Felicia gives this place a horrible name and she runs the place extremely poorly!

Felicia that runs the management department is absolutely horrid!!! She does nothing to help the residents of Alexandria Apartments. When I first called a few months back about the noise level in my building that was happening early morning, throughout the day and very late at night she told me to handle to it myself because there was nothing she could do, she said. The walls are thin, you can feel yourself vibrating on the couch and things on shelves fall off and break because of neighbors running back and forth causing vibrations throughout the entire apartment. More recently the association turned off the heat on May 1st, we have days approaching with nights forecasted in the low 30s and this weekend it’s supposed to snow. I have serious health conditions that require me to have heat available since my body temperature can drop so low and it’s extremely inconsiderate. These people have no empathy to the residents if they think it’s okay to turn off heat when we still have cold nights to get through. I expressed a huge concern and Felicia laughed at me on the phone! I also asked for the boards number and she refused to give it to me. If someone from the board reads this please contact me. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone if this how things are handled, VERY POOR MANAGEMENT! ***NO STARS***
