You will also need to apply for any permits that are required for your project. If you are working with a landscape contractor, they may be able to pull the permits on your behalf.
Yes, the backyard structures we sell come as an easy-to-assemble kit, complete with all the mounting hardware and detailed instructions. If you are handy, or you have a preferred contractor, we can deliver the backyard structure kit to your property and you can assemble yourself.
Yes, the location of your outdoor structure needs to be prepared prior to installation. See our installation page for site prep instructions.
Most projects take 4-8 weeks from when you initially order the structure to installation. During this time, we will send you status updates, advise you on site preparation, and schedule a day for installation. Once the structure is delivered, it usually takes our crews a single day to install it in your backyard.
Yes, we work well with landscapers, deck builders, and home remodeling contractors. We can provide a custom pergola, pavilion, or gazebo kit, or our team can install the structure for them. Often times, our kits or assembled structures will be much cheaper – and be installed in a fraction of the time – than a contractor could do on their own. Yes, engineer-approved drawings are available for most styles and sizes of our backyard gazebos, pergolas, and pavilions. For an additional charge, we can also provide engineer-stamped drawings of your specific structure.
Yes, we offer significant savings on projects that are delivered and installed in January-March. Even if you order your structure in the summer and asked to have it installed in the Winter, you can qualify for this discount. In addition, we regularly offer discounts on specific products.
