I've been a commercial real estate broker, owner, developer and builder for 40 years. Over that period of time I've built and renovated dozens of buildings/properties and hired hundreds of contractors and building trade professionals. I have never dealt with a more professional, diligent, courteous and polite company. There was not one aspect of the entire process that was not handled perfectly. I bought their biggest home placed it higher on a first floor foundation than they had ever placed a home before. The site was on a remote mountain peak a half mile up a circuitous dirt road with a mountain on one side and a cliff on the other. To get there they had to cross a bridge that was too small for their typical crane. Not one of those unique and significant challenges caused them a minutes pause, each one was overcome with finesse, creativity and without any drama. It's a large family business and every person from the founder CEO to the craftsman putting the homes together at their facility are 100% hands on, engaged, absolutely committed to the customer and the quality of the end product. I can't imagine how the complex and normally stressful process of building a family vacation home could been handled any better. It was an enjoyable, smooth stress free process thanks to Dave, Dean and everyone at Cozy Cabins.

In 2008 we purchased a property that came with a small one bedroom custom built cozy cabin. We're still enjoying it but want to see if it's possible to add living space to it. We're planning to visit their headquarters in Lancaster since we're 3 hrs.away to find what options if any are there.

Building my Dream Log Home with Cozy Cabins was amazing!!! From the first time I met the team, Dean and Dave I felt comfortable and happy! Dean was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns!! I was extremely happy with the team that came in for the install and love love love the finished house. We had many road blocks to overcome but Daryl and his crew took each one in stride and did what needed done. The crew worked together effortlessly. They knew what needed done and when, then they did it! It was refreshing to see them work together! The quality and beauty of our new home is far beyond what we could have imagined! We were updated daily on the website once the construction began. My best friends and I visited the house during construction. We wrote scriptures all thru our new home.
