Home Depot,. During the week... it's terrible...no body on the floor to help....and merchandise... always missing something...the only people at front..are the cashiers....so I went to the other hope depo buy North. Bergen...about the same..not enough.in the hardware department.. always missing something..... lucky if you find someone to help you....and good disposition....seems to be disappearing......
Are installers for toilets licensed? Have copy to show building?

Any knowlegeable handy person can Install a basic toilet . . If you are in a building association condo or cooperative. . they will need insurance and do not neccesarily need a contractors license . .
I am looking for 5 or 6 shed of rubermade plastic at a good price someone knows where to get them
