What department were you in. I work for the merchandising team and we are limited to do customer service because of our work load..we see day to day the lack of help the store associates give the customers so majority of our day we do assist if need be...if I would have known if this customer need something out of rh2 overhead I would have assisted to give them a better shipping experience instead of them waiting the 30 mins for help.
Totally understand, sometimes you have to chase someone down to get some help
