It is called. Creamy Paesana sauce. Also Creamy Marsala. Usually a mixture of Marsala and a heavy cream sauce. Hence Creamy Marsala. If it has Sherry, mushrooms, it is called Marsala. Whether cream.. Alfredo or any thickener is added. They should us the preface.."creamy"
We perform regular testing and constant sanitization nightly plus a defog every few weeks to make sure we are doing all we can.
Their online ordering has been down going on two months straight now. Very frustrating. I would’ve thought they’d have gotten their problems sorted out by now.u
That would be quite the distance to deliver, but make the journey down to Cornelius and give them a try.
