They never have the inside open. They take their good e time when you are sitting in the drive thru lane. Always don't have something. No lemonade oke week. No boberry biscuits the next. With all the complaints you think someone would car enough to fond a manage that k ows how to run a fast food restaurant. Disappointed. Always slow.

Every single time I come to this location the workers are flat out rude or don’t even speak to you. They hand out drinks that are covered in drink and don’t even wipe them off. The food is always cold or wrong or nasty. I am not one to complain, but this location is absolutely horrible.

Food was great 👍🏾, service excellent, associate pleasant and friendly, the only problem I experienced both times paid for honey mustard sauce, came up missing again, one store in Charlotte and the store in Cornelius today. four altogether,love my sauce disappointed when got home to eat 😪.

Never before in my life have I been to a Bojangles where it was run smoothly, efficiently, and the staff was friendly. Not until today, that is. Props.
