Got there after a storm. Half the power was out in the building. The lady at the front desk did everything she could to get us a room with power. She was so kind and polite. She kept apologizing for the inconvenience and delay. The room we got had a pee spot on the comforter. When we told the guy at the front desk....he told us to write it down! How about you offer a clean comforter and make it right! They are pet friendly and they don't discriminate against the breed!! We would stay here again if traveling in Minnesota!

This hotel does have a few things going for it: friendly staff, convenient location, and the rates are tough to beat. The place needs some work, though. Our room had been cleaned (fresh towels, beds made, etc), but the carpet was pretty gross, and much of the inside of the building just looked and felt dirty. Parking lot is in surprisingly rough shape, too. Very good prices, but the property feels neglected.

Got there pot holes in parking lot you could park a car in!! The girl that waited on us was not friendly nor was she mean..just acted like it was a inconvenience..the corridor and hallways where really dirty....the Room was not to bad...pretty clean..the TV remote was not working properly..and the heater/air-conditioning buttons would not work at all..so the air blower was on all night just blowing stale air..the side entrance that you should have used a key to get in was broken.( So anyone could come and go as they please..just real disappointed.. had stayed there a few years ago and it was awesome... really gone down hill..for $100 a night..it was a place to stay!!

Positive: Nothing Negative: I called to reserve a room, The man said he could not put the military discount on so tell the front desk to do it. I drove 610 miles and 10 hours on the road, I was ready to get some shut eye. No Discount, SO I DID NOT STAY THERE. DON'T LIKE MISREPRESEN
