Called late Saturday afternoon noon for a local delivery. It was too late to deliver Saturday and they're closed on Sunday, so Kate scheduled it for Monday for me. About 10 minutes later, Kate called me back and said her manager was going to deliver them Saturday on their way home and they were delivered less than an hour later. Outstanding.

Creative Marketing

So I wanted to surprise my new girlfriend with flowers this company could not guarantee after taking my money that within six hours they could deliver the arrangement of flowers nor could they justify other than blaming it on the owners policy. Simply if you cannot guarantee a delivery which was only three blocks away from the florist they need to lock their doors or create some kind of production schedule I don’t trust them. Anybody who will take your money upfront and not guarantee you be the judge
