Very quiet, friendly staff. Most of the occupants are full time there. Very clean laundry room, 3 older washer and dryers but they worked just fine. The railroad tracks is directly behind the back part (where we were parked) the trains never bothered us and we never heard them at night.

Two thumbs up! Pat and Phil manage this affordable Good Sam's park well. Not only are they very friendly and helpful, they keep the place nice and clean. The laundry and bathrooms are spotless and the grounds well maintained. Unlike some RV parks this one has clean city water. We spent three relaxing weeks there in August 2020 and highly recommend this park!

Place is gross! We didn’t even stay 2 hrs. Ac not working at all. It’s FL for gods sake! Mold in bathroom, duck tape over outlets, roof looks like it’s about to cave in. Fridge had left overs from people before us. Never ever again! We had to threaten to call the health department in order to get are money back. Extremely unsanitary! See pictures for yourself!

It varies by month. Go to their website and look under rates. Most expensive is March and February. A little over 1300 for March and I think 950 for Feb. The rest of the months are 700 or under depending on what season month falls in.

The lots are big enough to pull out the awning. We have a 35 motor home and we stay there periodically. Water, sewer, and basic cable are included, but electricity is not.
