All in all was an okay experience. My husband rented some equipment and was having some issues with the dingo he rented. When we tried to get a refund they fought us about it. They offered a free day the next day but unfortunately my husband couldn’t take off anymore time from work. Not to mention someone named Jimmy at the store was EXTREMLY rude and aggressive to him and when my husband told him he needed to work on his customer service Jimmy said “I don’t have to do nothing!” The manager, Josh, was friendly and understanding though. They may think we are lying about the dingo issues but the issue will arise again with another customer. Jimmy, you can tell someone no without having a bad attitude. Hopefully he won’t be there the next time we rent equipment.

Tried to rent backhoe had reserved. Called us day before rental said backhoe was down, reserved a skidsteer went to pick it up they said it wasn't checked in and my Dodge Ram 1500 wouldn't tow it .Thus was not able to rent equipment.
