We did the Date Night cooking class with Chef Michael Epifanio! It was so much fun, and we learned so many techniques and tricks during the class. Chef Michael was super encouraging and enthusiastic- the time flew by! He let us learn by doing, so we really felt like we had accomplished something when we were done. The food was amazing, and I can’t wait to make the meal again at home. We will definitely be taking more classes! It was a blast!

I took the Homemade Ravioli Workshop with Chef Michael and it was one of the best meals I’ve had! Chef Michael is an excellent teacher, fun and encouraging. I shopped in the store afterwards and the staff knew exactly how to help me figure out what I needed. I look forward to another class!

U may bring wine and beer to only the LAST (evening) class of the day. I work at SLT & checked w mgmt. In the basement of Belk there is a very nice wine shop called Arthur's Wine Shop that has a wide selection!
