I bring my daughter here for her appointments. Just wished that there was a closer location. Providence Rd is really to far to travel. Other than that everyone is great here.

I was scheduled for an appt with Thomas Smarz at the Arboretum location. Never been to this place…first time seeing a kidney doctor…waited two months just to be seen. The day of my appt I was 13 mins late. The two ladies at the front as well as the other young lady who appeared from the back were completely unprofessional, rude, and ignorant. They marked me as a no-show because I was 13 mins late. And proceeded to chastise me about being late. Not to mention “they needed permission from Thomas Smarz before they could see me. I politely walked out of that place and will NEVER return. If this is any indication of the service I would’ve received…then that whole office should be fired, decertified, and closed! I hope know one else has to experience those three ignorant peons!

Didn't actually go to the office, but I spoke with Kinley (I really hope I spelled your name correctly; sorry!) who answers the phone for the new patients and she was so helpful in getting me the correct info. Thanks again!

Tried to set up an appointment after the Nephrologist at Pineville Hospital recommended them. Took 5 phone calls over 2 days, only to be told "the doctor doesn't feel comfortable making an appointment because you only decided to follow up with us on the day of discharge." (Not true, the hospital failed to make the appointment and asked me to do it myself, which I was happy to do.) Very unhelpful so I took my business elsewhere.
