3 hrs waiting when I asked how long it would be was completely blown off

I had the worst experience possible at the hospital. The only person that was polite was the nice lady that took my blood. I went to this hospital in excruciating pain. I could barley move. I was the only one there so Iβm not sure why it took about 5 hrs. But after doing all their tests they sent me home with nothing wrong with me. So I go to st Joseph hospital because I cannot bare the pain and they do all the same tests. It turns out I have kidney stones. No thanks to Dr. Johnathon WinsteadππΌ. Will never be going back here again thatβs for sure.

This review is based solely on the fact they will only let one person back with someone in the emergency room. The explanation given was" they just never changed it after covid". This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Nurse's are the best, overall the hospital is the worst.

My wife needed bloodwork results for family Dr. She called medical records and I went to main entrance to check in. Within 5 minutes, a lady from records dept. brought paperwork to me. Very professional, staff was friendly and efficient!
No maternity ward, but we do have a Women's Health Center and a Pediatrician that can care for your baby once it is born.
