What a wonderful, no high-pitch sales, experience! Working with Lee was like reconnecting with an old college friend. He listened, he talked us through options and features and gave us sound advice. We made our decision, and that was it! Lee took it from there. I have never been so confident and excited to make an appliance purchase. Big box stores cannot begin to compare folks- oh and did I mention same day delivery and set up??? WOW

Awesome service! After a horrible experience at Lowes, Bob Burnett came to our rescue. Very responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to deliver us a much needed refrigerator in a timely manner. We will definitely purchase from Bob's again in the future!!
