If I was able to give them a zero I would . Always changing ownership , everything came through the vents. Water was off every other week and stayed off up to 2 weeks. Water leaks in homes, price was too high for this low of living.

NATS EVERYWHERE THEY LOOK LIKE FLEAS STOVE YOU CANT EVEN USE ITS SO RAGGEDY. FRIDGE AND FREEZER STUNK WIFE HAD TO CLEAN THE APARTMENT BEFORE WE MOVED IN IT WAS SO DIRTY. WEED SMELL THROUGH VENTS COPS OUT THERE EVERY WEEK. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO THE HOMELESS

When you give maintenance review/feedback for a job they did, it posts that here. Maintenance here and conditions are 2 separate things. Read those reviews a few down that are 5 stars that say maintinance is good. It's just talking about the guy who used to work here. Not the conditions of the apartments, because the apsrtment themselves are 0 stars
