My experience working with KC was phenomenal. Although I didn't end up buying a car, due to inventory issues only, the professionalism and knowledge of vehicles he demonstrated was beyond extensive. I looked at everything from Denali's and Tesla's to Cadillac's and even a Jeep SRT. Every vehicle that KC showed me he knew every detail I asked for. He took an extensive amount of his time to build a few vehicles with me and ensured I left with printed versions of what we built. This is the type of person who should be fast-tracked to management—someone who takes an enormous amount of pride in their work, who goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the customer leaves happy. The entire experience was great. We dealt with Javon and Coach. Both were outstanding - helpful but not pushy, proud of the vehicles they were selling, and very trustworthy. Financing was easy and I drove off the lot with my Encore within hours.

This is one of the best place to buy a new or used cars as the staff is really honest and helpful in guiding their customers. I would like to appreciate Mr John Duffy especially for his professional and dedicated behaviour. He was a blessing in disguise for me as I was there to buy a used car but because of his honest advice I was able to reach a right decision and bought a new car with a better price value. By no means am I any type of big shot; however, I was on vacation in SC from NC and I found a vehicle that I liked at McElveen and was inclined to make the purchase. All I asked, was that I was able to get in and out in less than an hour. Michael, my sales agent, made it all happen without any delays. Got the new truck and was back on vacation.
