Dr. Morges is a snotty know-it-all and she had zero emotional empathy. At the end of our pet's life she had us come in for no reason, she couldn't help us. It was a physical hardship for our pet at that point and an extra expense. I wouldn't recommend PetCure to anyone.

They are only interested in money here. I was referred to this oncologist by my vet. Our beloved 12 year old Coton de Tulear was diagnosed with lymphoma. We were stunned and desperate to find out how we could best treat him. I called PetCure to discuss palliative measures as opposed to the very expensive and potentially more physically challenging chemo treatments. Although the staff at PetCure promised repeatedly to have someone there call me to go over palliative treatments, my calls were never returned. PetCare needs to do better. Instead of seizing the big moment of opportunity when families are at their most vulnerable and desperate to save their pets, be responsible and act with empathy. Not every pet can physically sustain the chemo treatments and the families, although willing to do anything in their desperate moments of grief actually may not be able to afford such a big financial burden. Stop trying to take advantage of our vulnerability and profiting from our grief. To receive such a devastating diagnosis is hard enough on our families. Instead PetCure should offer families a haven of empathy and kindness where ALL treatment options are open to us including palliative ones, even if that means less of a financial gain for your company. Every single pet and their family should be cherished by PetCure no matter how much money they end up spending. Your top priority should be the pets and not the profit. To all of the grieving family pet families struggling with making these difficult decisions, my heart goes out to you. Please know that whatever you choose, you have truly made the best decision and you all are remarkable, loving pet parents❤️

Finding out that our dog had cancer was devastating, but we immediately felt we were in the best hands possible at PetCure Oncology. Dr. Morges got us started with a treatment plan immediately. Our dog was treated with both compassion and urgency. Our questions were answered carefully and thoroughly, and we were given well written reports every step of the way (since getting this sort of information can be overwhelming!) At no point did we feel judged or pressured about any decision. The customer care and bedside manner were both top notch. Every single member of the staff was kind, caring, and approachable. Plus our dog clearly loved them all and went into each treatment, tail wagging. They really went above and beyond. It is not a service I ever hoped I'd need, but they made a very difficult situation much less stressful. If I could give them more stars, I would.

They are awesome people and if you call them they will let you know an approximate amount for the consultation and any tests they may want to do. They don't pressure you and will answer any questions you have before you even go.
