They charge $800 for touch the ear and give a drop. I advise you to Stay away from ENT department. We need to sign consent to pay financial responsibility in advance without approximate cost they would charge. Which give them opportunity to charge whatever amount they could take from us.

The billing office is impossible to reach. When I made an appointment for a physical I specifically told the woman who scheduled me, the woman who checked me in at Brighton rd and the phlebotomist that I needed all labs sent to quest. It was written on the lab prescription. I am now stuck with a 55 dollar bill because summits staff sent my bloodwork to Labcorp instead of quest. I have been emailing and calling since JULY and no one has done anything to rectify the situation. I have sent 4 emails, and called at least 10 times. I under stand everyone in the medical field is tired and over worked - but summit needs to get there act together. If you need lab work done get the prescription and go to your own lab. Lesson learned with Summit Medical.

This is important. I AM NOT A PATIENT OF THE SUMMIT MEDICAL GROUP IN CLIFTON,NJ...However for many years I have known many friends who have had many serious issues with this Factory of MEDICAL professionals. Problems with them answering phone calls,scheduling or not scheduling appointments, sending people for wrong procedures and short or poor attitude when they are challenged for wrong doing. I have a family chief of major nearby hospital who wouldn't send his dog to summit group. BE VERY AWARE OF YOUR CARE.BETTER FIND OTHER INDEPENDENT DOCTORS NOT FACTORY.
