They steal packages I received a notification of my package being out for delivery on 10/11 then received a notification on 10/12 of it being delivered on 10/11. I have ordered many packages and not once has a delivery confirmation came the next day after delivery . I opted for no signature/ no contact and trusted they would deliver my package but when I got home it wasn’t there I checked my neighbor ring camera for activity all day and not one time has anyone came into the building.This is unprofessional and honestly companies should beware using this delivery service.

Very dissatisfied. Delivery was scheduled for 7/29, never showed, did not receive any delay notification. No problem, these things happen. Unfortunately I could not contact their customer service because it was late in the day and coming up to the weekend Finally got a notice on Monday that it would be out for delivery, scheduled to arrive between 15:30 and 17:30. No delivery. At 18:33 I receive a notification that the delivery was attempted but nobody was home. This is entirely untrue, I did not leave my house yesterday and my family was home all day. Doorbell works, but it never rang and never heard a knock. Contacted customer support and was given a rede livery request number and was assured it would be delivered by 21:00. That time came and went, no delivery. Hopped on their live chat and was completely dismissed by their agent. Still trying to get my package. Will make sure not to have DHL as the courier for anything else.
