That's a great question. I've long been a regular visitor to the Amish Market, but don't recall seeing any adverts for 'goose'...whether in whole or parts, raw or cooked. I think that's unlikely. Salad bars present a unique challenge in food management; I suspect theirs had poor profitability vs. floor space. But you never know... circumstances might change. usually a great assortment of tomatoes, peppers, onions, some fruits. prices generally comparable to grocery stores but quality often better.

There are hand sanitizers and disinfectants at the entrances and the majority of the vendors all have some type of plastic dividers between the public and cashiers. You'll often see people wiping down the tables and cleaning on the premises. It is tight quarters though so if you're not comfortable being within 6 feet of people just wearing masks this might not be a good time for you to go there just yet.
