waited 50 miniutes in line for drive thru...there were 4 cars in front of me....if people have issues with insurance or can't pay...they need.to be told to come into store!!! You can't say things convenient...it was very INCONCENIENT

This location is no longer 24 hours. I would give zero stars for cutting their hours but I am required to give at least one. During the day, I can visit any locally owned pharmacy so why would I choose CVS? It's certainly not the prices. People pay for convenience. If this store wants to deny 24 hour convenience, there's no reason to shop here and I will avoid this location during normal business hours out of principle alone. Good luck "saving money" when people like me refuse to give you our business.

Your hours say your closing hours is at 12:00 am I was at the door at 11:50 pm And your male employee was rude and say I’m closed. I ask for his name and he refused, He was very arrogant by saying I don’t care what hours say online. I don’t believe that CVS tolerate that type of behavior for any employees I been customer since you open This guy should no be working for CVS

I give 1 star because the lady at the counter was very nice but other than that the worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. The place loses prescriptions and has to reach out to my Dr to have him rewrite the prescriptions. They don't fill the correct amount the dr prescribed so you have to make another trip to pick up the remainder of your prescriptions. The young man behind the counter is clueless and rude. I've watched them put people on hold and have people waiting in line while the employees sit and chat with people who walk up to the side counter and don't wait inline like everyone else. We've been using this cvs for years and now will be changing pharmacies due to the lack of professionalism. Simply put walk the extra 50ft to Walgreens. * update just got back from CvS and this time they shorted my perception by a qty of 10 what a joke this place is. STAY AWAY FOR CVS COCOA BEACH.
