The people are very polite,helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They greet you as you enter the building and leave. They are doing all they can do during the pandemix to continue to serve the patrons of bucks County. I would recommend this library to anyone.

Every day two very loud older teenagers sit at the two computers in the section for little kids, talk constantly, and use profanity in front of the little kids. They can be heard throughout the library and the librarians do nothing! One of the two is there all the time - even during school hours - and talks loudly to himself or on the phone when his friend isn’t there. This has been happening every day for months. It unsettles all the patrons in the entire library and the fact that it is done right in front of the little kids is particularly disturbing. Shameful!
