Renovated? Lol, step on the apartments floors and hear the squicky sound, if you need something fix they will give you the run around and tell you they have other priorities, people violate the lease all the time and they don't care, exp: bikes in the hallways, noises during quiet time, people smoking in the apartments, roaches do lack of hygiene, not enough parking space in the back, the storage space in the basement is a joke and the monthly fee is laughable, they expect you to return the apartment in pristine condition, at first glance it looks greate, wait an hour and every 5 minutes you will notice something wrong.
