SCAM! Do not waste your money here. The professionalism of the staff is despicable. They are irate, unprofessional and exhibit 0 customer service skills. The facility is not the best pertaining to security, the gate is always open. What is the point of paying for a “secured facility” that is not secure. Rates change and go up frequently without being notified. The online system is always undergoing “maintenance” to where you can not pay online or by phone unless it’s with a representative. The reason that is, is because they want your money and to pay $10 fee by talking to a representative.

Each time i have contacted or walked nothing but outstanding customer support. I’d say Mike in the Hinesville Ga Office has been great extremely helpful and can say he has done a great job. Better than the fake reps down the street!
