The receptionist was beyond helpful and patient. She was very kind and knowledgeable on what I needed done. The whole staff seemed very friendly and welcoming. I recommend this urgent care to whoever is reading.

I had taken my daughter to the ER on Tuesday evening, they diagnosed her with the flu but elected not to treat her because she does not have any underlying conditions and she is “young and healthy”. She had been lethargy, did not have an appetite, and I could not control her fever. On Wednesday evening I visited the St. Joseph’s urgent care clinic and they retested her and was given a prescription for the cough and Tamiflu. The PA called CVS to submit the prescriptions, I arrived there at around 7:45 and they said they were out of both medications. I called St. Joseph’s back and asked if they could call it in to Kroger’s Pharmacy which was closing at 8:00. The PA who took care of us said he didn’t feel safe sending it there because they were closing soon, he called the prescription in to Walmart, whose pharmacy closes at 9:00. I also don’t have insurance but the PA provided me with a GoodRX card which saved me money. I’m so thankful that he was proactive regarding the pharmacy and it’s hours. My daughter needed the meds because she couldn’t sleep comfortably and was aching all over and coughing so badly that she couldn’t eat. Thanks to the St. Joseph’s team. I also paid less than what the Emergency Room bill turned out to be.
