Positive: The employees were very nice and polite. Especially our maid. I don't remember his name because it was a difficult one for me. He was from Hungary. He was very accomadating. Negative: We had 3 bugs in our room,1 was a cockroach. Towels & bedspread were stained. Bedspread was frayed, ripped & had cigarette burns. Sink counter was too low for people with back issues even 4 ADA compliance. The window sill/ curtains were full of dead bugs

Disappointing experience. Smell of cat pee in room. Could not Chaney room due to overbooking. Heavy smokers on balconies converted our non-smoking rooms into smoke filled rooms. Lots of candy workers staying here who are rather ruckus until midnight but then usually settle down. Room service is non-existent as had to get our toilet paper and soap at the desk who also offered us fresh sheets to our own beds - really. for our beds

Everything was clean and the beds are comfortable. However, you can’t put anything food or drink related down because of black sugar ants! They were EVERYWHERE! For the prices they charge here, there shouldn’t be an insect problem. Other then that, everything else was great !

Our stay was pleasant. The view of the river was excellent. The TV sets are old and need to be replaced and the channel line up needs to be expanded. (Over the air TV would be better than what they have here) The attached restaurant (Beef O'Brady's) was very good and the food was good. Over all a good stay.
